These terms cover this website. Engagements with us are governed by a signed agreement instead — work is done under it, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
What this page covers
Using this site means accepting what follows. If you disagree, the remedy is to stop using it. Nothing here creates a client relationship, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance — a proposal from us is a document with your name and a date on it.
Acceptable use
Ordinary reading and ordinary enquiries are welcome. These are off limits:
- Probing, scanning or load-testing the site or its infrastructure, except as the security page permits.
- Scraping in a way that degrades service for anyone else, or that ignores
robots.txt. - Submitting anything unlawful, or anything you lack the right to send us — including confidential material belonging to someone else.
- Using the assistant to attempt to extract data outside what it was built to serve, or misrepresenting its output as advice from us.
The assistant
The assistant answers from the text of this website. It is a convenience, rather than a representative: it can be wrong, it can be incomplete, and its answers count as guidance only, whereas a commitment from us comes from a person. Anything that matters should be confirmed with a person before you rely on it.
Our content, and yours
The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to Miranium AI LLC or to our licensors. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Anything you send us through a form stays yours. You give us only what we need in order to read it, reply to it, and evaluate it — and you confirm you had the right to send it.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is current — product pages describe software that changes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to another site, the link is a pointer only, and that site answers for itself. What happens on it is governed by its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
